Bestens ins Licht gestellt. Schöner kann man das nicht machen. Ich war übrigens 1 Monat weg. Komme jetzt langsam wieder, allerdings im Moment noch ohne Fotos.

what an eye-opening image! i never knew there were chipmunks in this part of the world! such lovely and lively little beings! have seen an abundance of their northamerican relatives on my trips to the u s but never once encountered one over here!! good to hear they are harmless und don't hurt native populations, like those of the red squirrel! so i guess okay to fall for them, which at this moment, i officially do! ; )) what a beautiful shot of the cheeky fellow! amazing how big eye and head seem compared to the rest of his lean little body! greetings, sabine. p.s.: right at this moment i'm watching a true comedy going on outside my window, where a tree sparrow couple is building its winternest in the nesting box on our pear tree. the keep pulling autumn leaves off the tree, then try to fly to the entrance hole with them, but hardly ever make it because flying is close to impossible with such a heavy load… just thought you needed to know… ; ))))
