The Aquaduct is built into a gully to appear it has grown
out of the rock face.
Same with the falling rock shield/tunnel.
Unfortunatly we could not stop there to have a closer look.
Thank you Kenny for your nice words about my picture. Yes I would love to know all the stories of who lived there, what was their occupation ect...... It's an very old part of the city. My hometown is one of the oldest cities of Holland.

Thanks for your comment about the tower restoration.
I will take another photo when restoration is ready however I do not promise you that I would capture a ship just under the cliff...
