......engine driver bringing this loco on line at the North Yorkshire & Moors Railway, we had a lot of fun that day visiting the station house and chasing locos around the countryside with Sue and Harold in England......

It is a place that we both love to visit. The smell of the burning coal, the steam, the sound of the engines as they power up and pull away..... no diesel could ever have the 'pulling power' that these steam engines have.I love them... and all the soots and sunds that go with them :)))))
