At the depth of 15 meters on ground a sudden stingray swam out the sand and rushed away.
Bluespotted ribbontail rays are often shy, swimming away when approached by divers.
While timid and innocuous towards humans, the bluespotted ribbontail ray is capable of inflicting an excruciating wound with its venomous tail spines.
