Rush hour on a December evening…

The green and white globes mark the 32nd Street stairs to the 33rd Street Station on the No. 6 line of the New York City Subway system running beneath Park Avenue. Above the stairs, a video display promotes United’s major hub operation at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), while the crawl at bottom advises as to on-time status of 6 Train service.

Grand Central Terminal – the Met Life Building rises just behind and above.
