I like the different lengths of the buildings since they decrease in height from the (almost) in the golden cut tallest building to the lower ones at the left and right.I would consider taking away the boat at the front, though it brings a little live into the scene. The cool color temperature fits into my thoughts (may be prejudices) about Tokyo city lights.
