Who has cut them - broken?
Entirely token?
And then has thought or even told you - like that you will not get really far!
And somehow you had that strange - uneasily feeling - they seem to be even quite content with that!

... und wer zieht die Fäden in Deinem Leben?
Bist das wirklich nur Du selbst oder wer?
Wer hat Dich jemals in der Luft hängen lassen?
Wer hat Dir Deine Flügelchen zum Fliegen gegeben?
Wer hat sie Dir gestutzt - gebrochen?
Gänzlich genommen?
Und dann gedacht oder sogar dir gesagt - so wirst du wohl nicht weit kommen!
Und irgendwie hattest Du die ganze Zeit schon dieses selt sam' beklommen' Gefühl - sie scheinen damit sogar ganz schön zufrieden zu sein!
