Cleo was the poorest dog I ever knew. It was kept very badly by their people. Was even in cold weather not let into the house, got no ceiling, got irregular lining. She was obviously very sick.
We neighbors had to intervene. She came to the shelter and died after a week. She was only 5 years old.
