Janos, good morning
The foto is from Dikorfo, a village of the Zagorochoria( I have a bit of history in one of my photos) region in Epirus (Ali Pascha territory during occupation). It is not from Ioannina. Zagorochoria are about 100 km around Ioannina which is the capital of Epirus. Ali Pascha house is in Ioannina, now a museum.
