Hi Carmen, schreibe auf deutsch, bin gerade am richtig englisch lernen dabei bei Cambridge School. Das sind alles Bergspitzen die dem Stausee, dem grössten Australiens, weichen mussten. Der See ist wunderschön und die Farben, da ist nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt.

thanks for your comment! The owl you liked is Strix uralensis, quite common in North-Europa but not very numerous, he is about 60 cm long and need large territory. And that was exactly what i was thinking when i took that picture - as he was posing, but i suspect, it was just cold (-15 degrees) :P

Hi Carmen i like your work so far, some really beautiful shots, and unique ones too. I know what you mean about being behing the camera, my favourite spot too, but its nice to have a face to the name. So I used a photo of me taken by another FC friend who played with the contrast and made it a bit abstract, maybe you could try that. regards, Peta.
