Thank you for your comments on my Swansong..you are very kind. I agree that even a simple shot can be so unique . Sometimes simple naive work is so rewarding than so much cloning and tidying into accepted forms. Thank you for kind words and please keep commenting on my work.
Thank you very much for your comment on my photo. I too see what you saw. The woman's expression and the colors are what attracted me to them. Normally, for an old woman's face i'd try black and white to bring out the texture but i just couldn't resist those colors :)
I do have more photos of the sort (they where taken on an outdoor Opera concert where most of the people dressed up in 30s to 50s clothing. Very interesting...).
Unfortunately i can only upload one photo a week so i will be uploading other series to get more feedback.
