Thanks for taking the time to check out my work and comment! Much appreciated. I'll try to reply a little here without taking up too much room... The toning in the early black and white shots was just gained from the scanning process. It was some old black and white film that I shot a few years back and then scanned with a slide scanner, no adjustments made. Love that Best Friends Sanctuary, Kanab being one of my favorite places on the earth, (well, more of what surrounds the town), so I know the area well and can't wait to get back there again with the camera. And all that noise, Im afraid, is all thanks to Nikon. I bought my first digital camera this year (Nikon D200) and am only now discovering the huge disadvantage in shooting high speed sports with this compared to Canon (which seems to be a good deal cleaner at high ISO but much more expensive!). I'll get my hands on Noise Ninja eventually to help this problem. Anyway, sorry to hear about your accident with the monitor! :)
Thanks again,
Greetings,
Mark.
