    Very nice reflections, I agree with Mirjam but when you take pictures in RAW, you can lighten the shadows with a program like Adobe Lightroom.

      Thanks for the tip, Jan. To be honest, I did not even try any modification in this case since it was taken with a (great) Samsung compact in jpg. But looking at it again with that in mind, it is amazing what those tiny cameras can do these days.

    such a fine capture with the reflection Uwe...pity about the dark parts but that is always difficult..Beautiful nature..!

      Thanks so much, Mirjam. I try to embrace such shortfalls as much as I can, which can be very difficult, but to me, in this case, the darkness reminds me of the very fresh morning air we had at that spot. I could not resist the reflection, though ;-)
