Buddha image inside Wat Si Saket

Thousands Buddhas around and inside Wat Si Saket.
The defining feature of Wat Sisaket is its thousands of small niches in the outer wall. Each of these holes contains a pair of small Buddha images. There are over 10,000 of them in the temple with larger Buddha statues placed on shelves in front of the wall. Some of these figures date as far back as the 15th century.
This is one image in front of the wall where othe small Buddhas are placed into the wholes.

    Eine der Pflichtaufnahmen wenn man in Wat Si Saket ist. Deine Pflicht hast du mit dem richtigen Licht gut gelöst.

    ...wunderschöner Buddha und sicher auch die Figuren in den Nischen....erinnert mich an Myanmar....dort haben wir auch so einen Tempel mit derartigen Nischen gesehen....
