Cowslip
Cowslip is a low growing herbaceous plant with fine clusters of intense, yellow flowers between march and april.
The picture shows the subspecies ‘macrocalyx’ which is native specific to the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Iran and Turkey where it grows in mountain meadows.
Dutch name : Gulden sleutelbloem
German name : Echte Schlüsselblume
Latin name : Primula veris var. macrocalyx
