Daffodil here, daffodil there, daffodils everywhere...
Daffodil is a national symbol of Wales but you can see/probably already saw them also elsewhere, in Slovenia as well. Usually gardens are adorned with them, but here Pod Golico, they grow as a wild flower. Around 1st may beautiful endless white carpets of them can be seen, from a distance it looks like hill is still covered with snow.
I hope this photo will give you at least a slight impression how it looks like in real...

The daffodils are like stars in the grass.
Cheers, Ves

Amazing! and caught so well by having the daffodils in the foreground. We have a lot here in Vancouver too - mostly yellow but not in such masses. I found you on Draga's site and like your work a lot!cheers, Adele

A fairytale carpet, very cheerful and lovely;a little pan to the right might have given more depth/perspective and moved the trees out of their central place (but I don't know what else it would bring into the picture in return...).
Greetings,
Alfred.

DaffodilsI wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.
The waves beside them danced; but they
Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:
A poet could not but be gay,
In such a jocund company:
I gazed--and gazed--but little thought
What wealth the show to me had brought:
For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.
