Fideuà

La Fideuà és, com la Paella, un plat tradicional valencià, però cuinada sempre amb marisc i fideus. Aquesta ens l'hem menjada avui. :-))

The Fideuà is, like the Paella, a Valencian traditional dish, but always cooked with seafood and noodles. This one, we have eaten it today :-))

to those who it doesn't like it: I am sorry; you do'nt know what you lose :-) (but I can, of course, to invite you to another thing :-))

....never see this kind of dish before...a good dish it must be.
Not really like seafoods I do, oh a matter of personal taste on foods...
