Kluane National Park

On our way back to Whitehorse we stopped at Kluane Lake, the eastern border of Kluane National Park. Because of heavy bush fires in the area the air was full of smoke and we enjoyed just that moment of total tranquility. A few miles further the mood was gone, literally with the wind and a lot of trucks transporting tons of water pumped out of the lake.

Good use of the fg giving wonderful depth to the scene . I actually like the misty look on the mountains caused by the smoke.

Eine tolle Aufnahme mit dem dominierenden Vordergrund. Alaska habe ich auch auf meiner Wunschliste. Ich weiß aber noch nicht, ob es in diesem Jahr schon klappt ...
