Martin, welcome at the fotocommunity. This photo shows the headquarter of Gruner + Jahr in Hamburg at the harbor site, one of Germanys biggest publishing houses.Your photo is well done for a newbie shot.
What you could improve is to use the full possible upload of a 150kb file size. This increases the picture quality.
Depending on your equipment (DSLR?) you should consider making a DRI picture of this instead of using ISO 1600. This way the noise (visible in the blue sky) reduces dramatically. All the best and best regards.
