Masha Bijlsma - Jazz in Jülich Zitadelle 2011 #1

Last weekend I was once again in Jülich a town nearby and visited the Jazz night in the "Zitadelle" an old fort. Here are some stage shots of very good vocal jazz....Mascha Bijlsma and her great band.

i don't. love jazz, i mean ; ))! but i do like this picture!! you captured her beautiful from this low point of view, with her eyes closed – lashes matching the microphone! ; )) – and anticipating the music she herself "fabricates" to run threw her body and come alive… i bet every viewer by now hears his own personal imagined note/tone produced by masha in her "jazzy trance"… she's beautifully dressed and made up, too – an elegant creature of the night, a silvery creature belonging with the moon and quiet nocturnal rain… greetings, sabine.
