My Dutch Diary #1
Well, I was spending a couple of days here at the Dutch Northsea Coast. The weather is rather nasty with storm and rain from time to time. Eventough I took the car and some time and had a turn around this unsual landscape: the dutch polder. Actually I'm standing here on the former ground of the Northsea. Many years ago the Dutch bulit dikes and used the windpower (windmills) to pump sea water and drain this area. Now it's fields and meadows.
