It seems that you have used a scanner and I think, your photo was made on a high gloss paper.Scanning high gloss paper is very difficult, because you get a lot of reflections, so the photo gets more blurred.
Please don´t "cut off" your trees next time. ;-)

Thank you dear Ana for your useful comment,very good !This photo has taken 12 years ago and it was blur itself(because lack of experience of focusing),when it was small its unclear view was hidden a bit!

It's larger, observe that the viewing become more unclear after revising?That's a good test for knowing how photo will be after enlargment and minification, my opinion is not exactly bad for every small picture, some pictures can be enlarge, however some are not suitable for that...
