One day before the giant Ogoh Ogoh parades are going through Bali main roads some figures are offered to buy in the stalls at the markets.
The statues are featherweight handicrafts.

    Seit 2 Jahren heisst es eigentlich, dass die Objekte nicht mehr aus Styrophor gefertigt werden duerfen, wegen der Umwelt. Aber wie ueblich schert sich niemand drum. LG Marlis

      Diese Figuren sind nicht aus Styrophor, sondern aus Schaumgummi, aber leider hast Du trotzdem recht, liebe Marlies, denn woanders habe ich viele der Statuen auch aus Styrophor gesehen. Meine Freunde in Kesiman verwendeten Pappmaschee, Fotos habe ich gepostet und weitere werden noch kommen. Liebe Grüße aus Bali Wolfgang
