the UA709 is a first generation operational amplifier. It was designed at the end of the 60th. Pictures of its internal design are presented in the Institute of Theoretical Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Aachen. One of the former Professors of this institute participated in the design of it. The picture is presented in respect to the first designs of solid state integrated circuit technology.
