The Potala palace
Potala, a legendary emblem of political and religious domination remaining inact since 1959 that Chinese army dethroned Dalailama and virtually annexed Tibet to Chinese teritory. Since then doors open daily only for prayers and silent laments calling back their religious leader, Dalailama the 14th and asking for autonomy.
To no avail...Tibet remains a ghost land loosing gradually its racial, teritorial and, what is more important, its historical integrity.
To be accepted in Tibet you have to comply and sign a long term application. Among the most important terms is not to mention the name of Dalailama anywhere...
In the photo a view of Potala Palace in the center of Lasa.
