Beautiful nightshot, Ken. Maybe a little burnt out in the white building, but that's hard to avoid with lights like that.
But i think you should have tilted the picture (rotate canvas - arbitrary) making the line made from the waterfront absolutely level I tried it in my photoshop, and tilting 0.9 degrees clockwise made it look better, i think...
You could also adjust shadows and highlights a little if you want to bring out more of the structure on the building (it isn't all burnt out), but that depends on the taste...
