The Orange Phone (1970)

I found this phone when i got off the bus, walked by a heap of stuff someone threw away (i guess the person did a clean-up of old things that need to make space for new things in the attic or something).

I noticed it, took it home, cleaned it, photographed it..
And now it stands here.. being cool ;)
Ready to be used in fashion shoots as a prop!

Its a shame people throw away things like this...!

must be from the seventies working with '25 cent' pieces.....used to see this in local pubs when I was young !!!!

Oh my gosh, my Dad worked for AT&T for 35 years and collected old phones...but never anything like this. I can just see him drooling over that incredible conglomeration of form and function. Now that's a keeper, phone and image.
