Third week

picture of my three weeks old son Leon. He was placed on a pillow. The light source was a dimmable falsh light set to half power. The flash flashed through a white umbrella to the room's ceiling to avoid direct flashing into the boy's eyes. I took the picture from a deep position that was close to the boy and I used a light wide-angle setting of the zoom lens. The focal lentgth of 26mm corresponds to a focal length of 37mm of a standard analog SLR camera. The choosen perspective and the wide-angle focal length are enlarging the baby's body and are making the head optically smaller. Anyway, I like this picture and its perspective.
