Twillight on Valdresflya
The Valdresflya in Norway is a small mountain plateau just east of the Jotunheimen National Park. Rough, unspoiled, poor soil with an alpine vegetation, and very often very beautiful skies.
The highest point is 1.389 m. Not that high, you should think, but take in rememberance that the closer you go to the pole, the lower the mountains are and also the tree line is lower than in Middle Europe.
On this summer evening I was accompanied by the silence and quietness of nature only.
