to me, this is a most dynamic picture with the clear colors plus the 'leading lines' all pointing to the bridge's pier!
Even the li'l clouds seem to move towards it - this _is_ an exceptional view!!
If I may say so, there's one little thing about the framing I'd like to point out (my very personal and thus subjective point of view!!):
I'm not the fan of centered views... not the pier in the first place (the trunk diverts the eye, here), but the 'horizon' line...
For me, there's too much 'nothing' in the foreground, which is quite prominent due to the relatively high horizon (centered here, is a bit 'too high' for me) ;-)
Cutting away two thirds of the space between the back wheel of the bike and the edge of the picture would (for mee!!) leave enough space for the cyclist to 'have come from' and it would leave a panoramaish format which would stress the width of the bridge. The leading lines as well would not be affected. In fact, covering the bottom part of the pic enhances the effect even, for me.
Please be aware - this is my very personal attitude, thus not really universally valid!
It IS your picture and I do not (cannot) know, what you want to 'transport' with it!!
AND - I'm really sort of jealous - I wish, I had ... ;-)
