There is nothing much to say at the moment.....Ahhhh , yes --in the present Global Developments , it seems the so called " self - independent " countries are not moving abreast with the advanced countries . The gap is getting even far apart . These underdeveloped countries need help ----- not financial help . But direct investments and self-help projects .
