I dont think the blurred people are necessarily contra. After all its movement that this is showing. Like Paul it just doesn't 'grab' you. Contra

Once again: please English, even if it's bad by you (I have no shame to look into a dictionary 8-)).

I like the dynamic, too. Nice effect, I always like such experiments with a long exposure. Pity, there are also people blurred. I know, the author could not bring them away, but it's the thing why I vote contra among other reasons, mentioned by Paul.
