a city with over 1 Mill inhabitants, ancient and modern living side by side, the largest harbour in Turkey, many tourists ..... and we had only time to walk around the old Kaleici area and- all my pictures are from there .....

Beautiful capture of the minaret skyrocketing among the clouds as signaling an everlasting emblem. But what I especially like in that cadre is the slight touch of sea in the far distance with the boat sailing...

Good framing of the dramatic sky with the clouds almost hiding the far coast. The boat is nicely placed. A good BW photo.

Ah oui! Je préfère l'"ancient" au "modern" de cette ville touristique. Surtout dans ce très beau noir et blanc, sous ce ciel poétiquement menaçant!

Oh, das sieht ganz großartig aus! Herrlich, diese feine Sepia-Bearbeitung der Aufnahme!!!
Über den sehr schönen Bauten und den fast ein wenig exotisch wirkenden Bäumen zeigt der Himmel so schöne Wolken! Das Boot ist ein zusätzlicher Hingucker!
