GO!!!! the aphids are already frozen in terror… ; )) but isn't it amazing, how elaborately folded their papery wings are beneath their protective outer "shell"?! nature will forever surprise and impress me with those "gadgets" of hers, especially if they come in tiny, tiny creatures! why didn't she give us a pair of those wings, though? it would have been such a nice anatomical bonus – well, i guess you just can't have it all… ; )) a beautiful capture, ira! greetings, sabine.
