At the Pow Wow

I have many photos from the pow wows I have been to, especially from the dancers, but they are not very good with their high ISO and often blurred movements. But this young boy in his traditional headdress was standing not too far away - so here he is.

Pow wows have deep cultural significance for the indigenous peoples of North America. They serve as cultural gatherings where different tribes celebrate their traditions, music, dances and crafts. These events strengthen cultural identity and convey traditional values. Pow wows are also a platform for social interaction and networking where families and friends come together to renew old contacts and forge new relationships.
thank you so much Manfred of LU-CY-MA for these great explanations.
