This area was damaged by an explosion, the buildings are still inhabited. Like many the residents are still awaiting the reconstruction.
The balcony from which the photo was taken is the casa particular's (guest house), in which we stayed. Looking precisely at the details, one can get a hint about the differences in the quality of living and services provided for the tourists compared to those provided for the Cubans, Havana.
