When Simon Frohn and some Friends and I were in London recently, I tried to be faster than Simon and to get a shot of this impressive building during the blue hour. (Do you say that in English? Meaning the 10 to 30 minutes of dawn.)
The intention was to show it in its famous green elumination.
I managed to be there right on time.
It was just - there was no green light at all.
On my way back I went into some local pub and asked the locals. They told me that this illumiation was installed for just ome weeks some years ago. Just to advertise a concert that took place in the power station.
They told me as well that some construction work begun but they did not know to what they convert the building.
