Beautiful Lebanon ... What is happening? 2
The ruins of Baalbek are probably the most impressive I've ever seen. They are sheer monumental, yet still have plenty of carvings that impress with great detail and intricacy. There is even proof of an early form of aircondition.
The city of Baalbek has become one of the targets of Israel these days. Those of you who have been there know that these ancient ruins are literally part of the town. Lets hope that the Israelis know how to handle their weapons and that they don't go astray - or better that Hizbollah and Isarelis stop the insanity and madness to stop the suffering of the Lebanese people and country.

Hi, I stayed there about 10 days ago. I've visited Beirut and the Baalbeck area. It's hard to see the bad news in TV about the fights between Hizbollah and Israelis.I wish peace and freedom to all the people around this area.
It's such a nice and modern country with very friendly people. Good bless all the innocent people.
