How about a nice big slice of chocolate cake and a coffee? Sound good to you?
(It's actually my daughters birthday cake but she won't mind (!) and thank you so much Angelika for the recipe!!)

YUMMMM! what a beautiful cake, sally!! beautifully photographed, too! INTERGALACTIC was the word that first popped up in my greedy brain, before my jaws dove into it, devouring a huge part, i'm afraid, of your daughter's glossy "planet chocolate" and its stars ; ))! love how you put it on a "polka-dot platter": cake and plate together make a perfect UFO!! happy birthday, sally's daughter! and thank you so much for sharing it!! hugs, sabine. Oh Sally, you have outdone yourself with this delicious looking and tasting (I can imagine it) cake!!! A wonderful treat for your daughter - and for us ..... and I will have a cup of tea (and that's why I did not buy any of the famous Colombian coffee, Sally).
