75 YEARS - CHRIST, THE REDEEMER STATUE.
This piece of art completed 75 years on 10/12/06. It is a project of the brazilian Heitor S. Costa and was built in Corcovado Peak for the Brazilian Independence Centenarian. It is the third bigest statue in the world (38m high X 30m wide) and its covering is in soap stone.
