Common spindle (Euonymus europaeus)
I took this image of a common spindle (Euonymus europaeus) on the 22/10/2020 at 14:35 o'clock in the floodplain of the river "Mulde" in the East of the city "Dessau". Dessau (or Dessau-Roßlau) is the third largest city of the federal state "Saxony-Anhalt" in the eastern part of Germany.
The floodplain - called "Muldeaue" - is a nature reserve. The river Mulde is a left tributary of the Elbe and is 124 kilometres long. The junction of Mulde and Elbe is about 10km in the north of the spot of the photos.
I used an aperture 3.5 to have a soft background. The result of the low depth-of-field is that only few of the red fruits are display in a sharp way. The second version of the picture is taken with aperture 5.6:
I used a Canon EOS 77D with the EF-S 17-55mm lens. The image is resized and got a color correction of 17-255. I didn't edit it further yet. (7540)
