Wonderful image!!.
The tones & contrast are excellent.
I like the slighty sepia toning adds a little warmth to it.

At first I was hoping for rays of sunshine coming from the cloud break, but then I realized that sky is actually clear and those are just puffy white clouds hanging out. I think the strands of sunshine through an opening in the clouds would have made this image really great. I still like the image and what you've done with it.
