This was taken on a frozen day in January in the Mountains of North Carolina.

    Peter,
    Even though they call this Dry Falls, because you can walk under the falling water (maybe you can make out the fence with ice on it) you still get wet from the mist from the tremendous amount of water coming over it.
    Yes, it should be "Wet Falls".
