To me it seems to be over exposed, so I can't see this one being Galleries material. Sorry :(

I think it is a great picture, even though is a little bit too bright, more sharpness will make it excellent. This one I'll skip.

nice pic.
I my opinion it is a little bit overlighted (the yellow building on the left is too bright.)
I would have cutted all below the reflection of the building on the water) or all over the top of the buildings) so that the pic is not in the middle separated.
I also miss a little bit sharpness - see letters on the yellow building.
