Dumplings
One of my favourite chinese food - Dumplings. Some of them are filled with hot soup around the meat or veggie filling.
Normally the skill is to grab them with the chopsticks - put them on a soup-spoon which you hold with your left hand and then bite it into half and suck the soup simultaneously making a slurping noise.
These one came with straws... looks like the chinese finally adopt western table-manners :-( boring

Ich mag Deine Straßenfotografie aus dem fernen Asien. Bekomme dann immer Fernweh. Vielleicht bin ich auch bald wieder in China unterwegs.Gruß aus London

die ausländer wundern sich immer, wie die heiße fleichbrühe in den dampfnudel einkommt. es ist eigendlich ganz einfach. man hat sülze eingetan. nach dämpfen wird die sülze flüssig.lg qingwei
