I noticed that when there's a red ghost like that (the white little house and some trees behind) on my own anaglyph pictures it's that I used a to bigger stereo base.
A question to you: Are you using JPEG fine or RAW format for your pictures ? If you use RAW you can change the white balance and the exposure steps for your original pairs when the picture is took by a very dark day like that.
The picture is at a good horizontal level and the pop-out effect of the bancs is interesting but would have been more intersting with a better level of contrast. The histogram of your picture show that there's a very big peak in the middle of the level histogram but another one in the left area of the histogram showing the image is most likely too dark and underexposed.
