Exotic Insect Dish for that Adventurous Gourmet

Had a chance to see how this was prepared. And my, its cooked by sauteeing in garlic and onion. With a little vinegar, salt and coconut oil. This is an exotic food favored in the northern part of the Philippines. I found it interesting so I took a picture to show you guys. Ummmmn! Delicious!!!

    In a TV-Show called "Fear Factor" here in North America
    the participants have to eat LIVE grubs, bugs, insects.
    But even eating them dead would raise my fear factor
    to well over 1000! Regards from a red meat eater
