It has been taken through train window on route Milan to Monaco.

For me, this image has more impact because it isn't sharp. It has haunting tones and a surreal feel to it, like we might see a ghost in there somewhere if we dare to look. Very nice.

although it's not sharp , and a lot of people will tell you that it is not 100 % following existing rules ., at least you made an impressionistic image that I like

well there is nothing to really focus on, its way to blurry, next time if you are on a moving train, i use a really fast shutterspeed that will help, or better yet get off the train and use a tripod :)))
