Feeding in the rain
I spent ages yesterday watching these little birds feeding on the teasles at the side of the hide, even though the rain came down quite heavy they kept feeding. If you look closely you can see the rain drops on the bird :)

beautiful capture charlotte, the colours and composition are superb.it is a beautiful picture, but, to me the focal point has just missed the head of the goldfinch and i think that is where the focal point should be.
