Fireworks!
Having a bit more experience with processing, I redid M 101. I hope it's better.
A stubborn dust doughnut on the red filter is visible at the bottom right. I'll let it there for now to remind me I still have lots to learn :).

Hi DanielThe revised version has improved significantly.
In particular, the H-alpha regions now are obvious.
The whole picture is impressive and I like it very much.
Many greetings from Switzerland

Bernhard,Indeed, the luminance should usually be much longer than color. But in this case I selected only the very best frames. I tossed away lots of luminance because I did not have proper flats and therefore many frames contained dust doughnuts.
Thanks!

hallo daniel, now the picture looks even better and more sharp. a man grows with his experiences that I already had to learn. The idea with the red spot is amusing.
question: why is the luminanz sequenz so briefly in proportion to the asequenzs RGB?
nevertheless, this should be mostly longer much, or?
many greets bernhard
